"Across the hall"...
You're standing in the hallway at Carden Bottom school, built in the 1930's. Age, weather and vandalism has taken it's toll on this abandoned school. The doors still stand strong on the hinges they were built upon, yet are missing the knobs that the children once used on a daily basis. And old chair lives another day across the hall. You can see the paint has flaked from the walls. Leaves litter the hallway floor where the hardwood floors once shined. You can almost hear the hustle and energy from the children as they scoured these hallways between classes.

This is wonderful, Kelly, and how fortunate you were to be able to photograph it. One of the most beautiful things about these old buildings, is all of the stories held within their walls.
Thanks Lisa!
