"Unequaled"
Who knew 20 years ago that this might still be one of my favorite waterfall photographs. The natural light is simply amazing in this photograph. With the waterfall on the left, the light falls sharply across it, while the light seems to come from within on the other waterfall. The title of this photograph comes from how each waterfall is unique and unequaled, even if they are side-by-side. You may also admit that waterfalls are an unequaled experience in nature.

"Even in shadows, there is light."
I found this one cloud floating among the valleys in the Rocky Mountains. This is one from my files from 20 years ago, likely the first time seen by the public.

"Alien Emergence"...
If you study the large rock formation near center, you may begin to see an inverted alien emerging from the rock. This perspective is surprisingly close to the creatures from the Alien series of films. This is another of my series of which, the more you look, the more you see.

"Being there"...
Oftentimes, its not the words that are desired, it's simply - being there. Whether it's for someone to listen, offer a hug, or an arm over a shoulder. Touch is a powerful sense that is underestimated and underused. Friendship is about being there.
Unposed, these two sisters were spending a moment together. This was from a commissioned family portrait session, Feb/2007.
