"The American West"...

"The American West"

For scale, you can see a person near center of the photograph, facing left with her arms open.
This is named John Ford's Point from the famous film director John Ford, with his western cinematography and panoramic views. This is a dramatic, panoramic view across Monument Valley’s open plain and sandstone silhouettes where you can absorb the valley’s scale and composition.

Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, Arizona.
