Heavy snow at Ski Hesperus Ski Area, Navajo Trail, La Plata County, Colorado.
For the 2023-2024 snow season, snow-goers were disappointed in the seasonal (temporary) closure due to the gearbox failure in the lift's transmission.
This closure allowed me a unique perspective of an abundance of snow without any human in this landscape during the season.
