Temperatures - preserving the photograph

Does it matter what temperature you store your photographs? Yes! The colder the better. The lower the humidity the better. As a general rule, it's best to keep the air temperature below 75 degrees F, to slow the color fading process. Again, the colder the better.

Stolen camera catches thieves

Lost cameras "phone home" to catch thieves - A New Yorker was visiting Florida and accidentally lost her camera. The camera had a Eye-Fi 2gb SD card in it. So when the people who stole her camera used it to take snapshots of themselves, guess what? The next time they crossed an internet connection, the camera uploaded the pictures to the web.
